Carter Events and Entertainment Started
As the idea of Owner and Operator Steven Carter. At the beginning of his career, Steven noticed that there was a big hole in the Wedding and Event industry. A lack of uniformity and consistency, with couples or companies having to go through up to ten companies to provide all of the services they needed for their event. Steven’s solution was to gather his friends and family who had talents that were being under utilized and show them how they could use those talents to bring fun and enjoyment to Weddings, Birthday Parties, and Corporate Events. He knew that these people were perfect for this environment and had a passion to make people smile and capture those moments. When given the opportunity to take over an existing DJ company, Steven knew the time was right to grab the reigns and lead this group of professionals to provide the best events, leaving the guests talking about how amazing the event was for years.

Steve Naumann was my first official hire as a DJ/MC. Steve was always the guy at parties that spent as much time creating the soundtrack for the party, while there, as he did mingling and leading the fun. Steve’s years of playing the sax, and his fun loving nature made him a perfect candidate to become a wedding DJ/MC. Steve is a father, a boy scout troop leader, as well as an eagle scout himself. The same qualities that make him amazing in these roles make him an amazing DJ/MC and Officiant. You are going to love working with him!
Adam Gerharz

Adam Gerharz started working for CEE with 18 years experience as a wedding DJ/MC. The past companies he worked for took advantage of his talent and sent him into early retirement, but once he heard how CEE does weddings, it was an easy conversation to pull him out of retirement. He says, “working with couples and getting to see their smiling faces when they tell him how awesome the night was is the best tip he can get, he would even do this for free.” He is now celebrating his 24th year as a wedding DJ/MC. Since he has been doing this so long, his music knowledge is impeccable. He brings the motto of: instruction leads to motivation and motivation leads to participation.

Hannah is a past Bride of CEE.
Getting her start with taking pictures of nature and shooting family events, Hannah always loved photography. As a result of chasing the thrill of getting that "perfect shot," her skills increased, she received a mentorship, and with encouragement from her support system, entered the world of professional photography.
When she's not behind the camera, she's gaming or hiking with her husband and dog.
